Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to prepare daily System Report to the CEO.
• Advice the CEO to enable him takes vital decisions on technical matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly and annual technical reports.
• Responsible to secure new business at group level by building strategic relationship with new clients.
• Support during new joint ventures & provide support to group companies by strengthening relationships.
• Project Management of some Capital projects such as the Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction.
• Support technically by reviewing, supervising & monitoring all design, value engg. & construction activities to major projects.
• Received Internal Memorandum from other sections, handling, follow-up, reply and file.
• Handling Workflows to be print, follow-up, reply and file.
• Representing the company with clients, contractors and vendor partners and an innate ability to network with project members, consultants and contractors with perfect ease.

Skills

Experience:
8-10years of experience in a large “turnkey”/EPC construction companies, preferably in industrial/power construction of which at least 5 years as assistant to CEO & exp. in a complex project environment.

Education

Degree Mech / Industrial Engg. MBA is a plus.
