1 this candidate is only Class I Master or Chief Mate unlimited ticket - Indian
2. Computer skills - He must be familiar with Computer / word – excel
3. Communication skills – his English must be good both in written and oral
4. He must have a nack for viewing condition onboard both assess safety items, maintenance items etc to find out defects
5. He will be always travelling offshore for vessel inspection
6. Be familiar with QHSE /Safety /DPA work if possible
