Job Description
He shall be responsible for providing the support to the audit team prior, during and after the audit activity streaming the documentation requirements and communicating the audit plan
Use effective delegation skills within work teams that support the overall business / operational and quality Management system goals.
Establish and monitor Quality Assessment deadlines as necessary to meet QMS set targets
e.g. Monitoring audit response information.
He shall communicate with all concerned for the vital QMS items including but not limited to follow up for the closure of ARPs & NCs, submission of KPIs, analysis of reposts submitted, distributing QMS agenda
Update and log travel costs and continuously working with other department personnel to achieve an orderly approach to developing an audit schedule that divides areas of the offices that achieves the best use our auditing personnel’s time.
Shall act in accordance with the goals set in line with SALAM approach and keeps on tracking additions within it
Shall follow BAHRI’s quality standards and requirements on all work that is performed. Inculcate and assist all levels of BAHRI employees to recognize quality as a key element of customer satisfaction.
Send all Internal Audit reports to QMS Supervisor as required per QMS’s Audit Procedures.
Performs the documentation procedures of quality audit schedules until the audit implementation.
When required, assist the QMR in the monitoring, recording, and updating all QMS documents / records / forms / process / ARPs / DCRs.

3. Computer literate (e.g. excel, word, vision, other computer program).
